We are a Human Resources consultancy agency founded in 2009 and specialized in the world of Information Technology. With more than 10 years of experience in both IT and HR worlds, we are fully aware of the functioning of these markets and understand the needs of our clients and candidates alike.

Events and trips


Ekoparty is a very important annual information security event for all of Latin America. CONEXIONHR gave a talk intended for technical interviewers, being the first HR-related exhibition at an Ekoparty event.

NERDEAR.LA 2016-17-18

Nerdear.la is the co-working and knowledge management event that brings together professionals from the IT industry (programmers, architects, SysAdmins, QA, among others). CONEXIONHR participated in different ways in each edition: being a sponsor of the convention, taking care of recruiting tasks, assisting in the organization of the event and giving talks related to Recruiting IT.


CONEXIONHR participated in the event “The future of employment”, organized by Cámara de la Industria Argentina del Software (the Chamber of the Argentine Software Industry). In this occasion the issues discussed were related to the current digital transformation, its pros and cons, and how it affects the current ways of working.


We make the most of our trips so we can rest and continue improving our way of working. This is why we gathered with business owners, recruiters and HR specialists, in order to know about their recruiting process, compare it with ours, exchange ideas and learn different ways to do our job.


Nahual is a NGO created to guarantee universal access to programming. This organisation travels the country with great commitment, sharing their knowledge and their desire to teach. CONEXIONHR participated by giving a talk about the assembly of curriculum and job interviews for the students.
