We are a voice-based conversational AI company (based out of Austin, USA) specializing in providing improved customer experience in the food ordering space. Our systems offer a smooth real-time and human-like ordering experience whilst providing personalized recommendations to the end customers. This not only results in increased sales and reduced expenses, it also equips restaurants and owners with valuable insights into their customer

We are actively looking for talented and ambitious QA Engineers
● Independently designing, developing and executing test cases.
● Developing both manual and automated tests.
● Analyse live calls and report issues that prevent AI from successfully completing a call
● Triage of reported issues that come from Customer Sevice and go to Engineering
● Work confidently and carefully across all customers and products
● Assisting Engineering reproduce items from CXP
● Subject Matter Expert (SME)/coordinator for feature questions from CXP

● 5+ years software testing experience
● Comfortable testing Web API applications (e.g. Postman)
● Skilled with some automation software – e.g. Selenium, RestAssured
● Problem Solving and Triage experience
● Excellent communication skills
● Familiar testing Web applications
● Basic Scripting

● Familiarity with Chatbots/Conversational AI
