ID 1720 – Associate Product Manager

What You’ll Do Here :
● Plan and track the releases of bugs/ features until Production
● Build strong product insights through consistent customer engagement and market research and contribute to product backlog/ roadmap/ vision
● Take care of the Scrum Master activities of the product team
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish a Scrum framework and enhance work productivity
● Recommend changes to products based on analysis of product usage data.
● Strong communication / articulation / stakeholder management
● Data-driven mindset – Ability to interpret data and make sense out of it without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
● Creating product specs and user flows for every new product feature
● Documenting new features and story details
●  Actively support teams to deliver value more effectively
●  Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments
●  Plan and manage teams and its deliverables – including dependencies, risk, and scope
●  Grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving engineering culture
●  Run retrospectives and maintain a feedback cycle for continuous improvement
●  Assist with internal and external communication and improving transparency

Experience We’re Looking For

    • You are customer-centric, pay strong attention to detail, and deliver work that is of a high standard.
    • Strong technical background – as a developer or technical analyst
    • Hands-on experience in implementing processes for AI company
    • Some proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
    • Should have prior breadth-wise experience on AI projects in real-time
    • Knowledge and passion of software product development
    • Ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams and leaders towards rapidly delivering high impact, high-quality software in a sustainable fashion
    • Deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching, and ability to help teams develop trust
    • Excellent with communicating with digital tools – e.g. Aha, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Python scripting, UX design-related tools (Adobe),
