The company develops digital products and provides digital communication services. They are an owner-managed agency, founded in 2000 and with offices in Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Hamburg, Seville and Geneva. They design and manage web-based applications, platforms and data solutions. Cocomore is 180 pixel lovers, IT enthusiasts, design admirers, code pioneers, numbers acrobats, ingenious inventors, digital dramatists, project jugglers and some more.
For one of their most innovative and agile client-agency collaboration set-ups they are looking for an IT Drupal Team Lead. You will lead their development and operations team from an onsite office at their client’s premise in Barcelona. Your team will run, expand and improve (innovation roadmap!) an existing, large-scale multi-market, multi-touchpoint Drupal ecosystem in very close collaboration with their client’s technology and business owners, centrally and around the globe.
-Leading the operations and implementation of complex, multi-market Drupal solutions as technical product owner for an industry-leading, global B2C company (our client).
-Motivating and guiding a cross-functional, distributed team of Drupal experts (architects, developers, DevOps, site builders).
-Understanding of client’s technical and business requirements, examining technical options and coming up with the most adequate (incl. quality, timing & efficiency) options in a team effort with your team and the client’s.
-Communicating and presenting such solutions in clear and convincing manners to client’s stakeholders.
Ongoing consulting client’s business and technology stakeholders on technological, Drupal issues facilitating
collaboration and helping the client to achieve its technology and business objectives
-IT backgrounds (5+ years in operative senior role) as Developer, Software Architect or DevOps with focus on Drupal. Acquia certificate is a plus.
-Experience in multi-language (10+), multi-country (40+), multi-site (250+) Drupal architectures, servicing a vast array of websites with one central distribution.
-Experience in (technical) governance, deployment (development, migration & roll-out), QA and operations of large-scale web technology platforms.
-Social competence, team spirit and strong communication skills.
-Experience in (technical) stakeholder management, esp. in a setting of a central, globally responsible tech team serving many different markets and business owners.
-Fluent in English (German or Spanish is a plus).
