What You’ll Do Here
● Plan and manage projects – including dependencies, risk and scope
● Grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving engineering culture
● Coach and provide feedback to team members and leads
● Actively support teams to deliver value more effectively
● Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments
● Run retrospectives and maintain a feedback cycle for continuous improvement
● Report status to stakeholders at the end of sprints
● Assist with internal and external communication and improving transparency
● Project management for engineering resource management (i.e. recruiting and reviews)

Experience We’re Looking For
● Knowledge and passion of software product development
● Ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams and leaders towards rapidly delivering high impact, high quality software in a sustainable fashion
● Deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching, and ability to help teams develop trust
● Understanding and experience with a variety of Agile approaches, including Scrum, and Kanban
● Excellent with communicating with digital tools – e.g. Aha, Jira, Google Sheets/Excel
